Going back in time, Institute of Research and Application of Technology and Science was established on June 16, 2013. Its Certificate of Registration for Scientific and Technological Activities was initially registered on July 12, 2013, and amended for the first time on April 3, 2017, by the Director of the Department of Science and Technology of Dong Nai Province.
On December 17, 2025, a signing ceremony for a cooperation agreement took place at Dong Nai University of Technology (DNTU) between DNTU, JESCO Holdings (Japan), and Nam Nhat Nam International Human Resources Investment Joint Stock Company. This event marks a new stage in the university's development orientation towards enterprise-oriented training and international integration.
